Dear Sir/Madam I have alternate Exotropia In my Eyes. Doctor has advice me for a surgery. I studied somewhere that surgery can be done in both or only in one eye to cure squint. My question is that is it true that surgery in one eye can cosmetically cure my appearance of squint? As if one eye remained as it is then the the eyes on which surgery is not performed will look abnormal.
