I want to reduce my body fat and become slim in a month. So what are the steps that I should follow to become slim without doing hard workouts? Should I drink green tea? If yes, which green tea is the best. Lipton or any other brand?

Health and fitness is a long term project. In one month you can reduce about 2-3 Kgs max if you follow a strict controlled diet. Green Tea or Green Coffee or such drinks only create false hopes with negligible results. Better to follow a natural diet with regular exercise over long term. That can give you best results over long term.
