Hi Lybrate user, Most hyperlordosis is mild, and your back remains flexible. If the arch in your back is stiff and doesn?t go away when you lean forward, there may be a more serious problem. You have to go with 1.internal medication 2.weight loss program 3.physical therapy Yoga and chair yoga are good choices You should also be aware of keeping good posture when sitting, standing, or engaging in activities. If you have to stand for a long time, periodically shift your weight from one foot to the other, or from your heels to your toes. Sit with your feet flat on the floor. Use a pillow to support your lower back when sitting.
