Hello doctor I am student i'm 18 years old have sleeping problem when I woke up for the college in the morning I bath ready and go to the college I feel very sleepy in the college even though I slept early in the night I think its happening due to the weakness as i am mature I am involve in losses of my sperms during night so tell me how can I be fresh daily what food I have to take.

I advise you to do slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take lots of water and fluids.
