Hi sir/madam. I am suffering from snoring how can I solve this problem. Height 5.9 ,weight 79 kgs ,age 27. I think my uvula is blocking litly. Presently I am using xylomist drops to nose to have a normal breath it is working. Is using that drop causes any problem to uvula. I consulted local doctor ,asked to take nose X-ray everything is clear. Please suggest how to stop snoring.

Xylomist drops will not cause any problems to uvula but it?s better not to use these drops on a daily basis
