I'm trying to lose weight. I do elliptical cycle 15 minutes everyday. I have 1 cup (100gms) rice for breakfast, lunch about 200 gms rice & dinner roti/ dosa with aloo/ tomato. I have ice cream every night about 100 gms. I try to drink 8 glasses of water daily. I have cervical spondylosis and L3 disc prolapse. What should I do to reduce my weight?
