Hi, Occasionally I am getting chest heart side pain mild without any sweating or pain to my hands. I am 61 years with good health no medication and regular exercising for last many years.

Please consult a cardiologist because at your age there is a high possibility of having some heart related issue especially given that you are fit and this issue was not there previously. You may be asked to get a ecg and a stress echo done if these tests are normal chances that this is heart related will be very minimal.
