Hello sir, I live in a hostel. food here is not healthy, they never cook veggies here and I frequently eat very less here. My bowel movements are quite infrequent most of the times I'm constipated and I frequently face gas issues with farts. And also my stools are sticky and I could see small white particles in it. I am also a lactose intolerant. I am also facing hair loss and dryness of scalp. What modification in my lifestyle and diet should I make?

Hi Dear Completely understand your concern .I can suggest few things but I suggest a private discussion as we have limited possibilities in hostel. 1.start having soya milk on regular basis 2. Eat nuts like almonds and walnut 3. Eggs can be boiled easily so opt for it and omelette so this can in controlling dryness of hair 4.drink a lot of water and eat raw veggies like cucumber carrot and fruits like banana and Apple or any seasonal fruit 5. For immediate relief from constipation take gutrite pouches and drink in half glass water or take sporolac pouches.
