What is the best time to eat fruits and fruit juice? And what should I eat in dinner? M on weight loss. Can I drink milk everyday, I am worried if it increases my weight.

Hi Fruits are best consumed on an empty stomach as they provide the necessary fibre and also keep you full for an hour .So eat it either in morning before breakfast or 2 hrs after lunch or breakfast but avoid after evening 7. Also avoid fruit juices as they do not have fibre and only increase sugar levels.
