Two months later I have my entrance exam but from 3 to 4 weeks I am feeling low, I don't talk to anyone. Sometimes I am happy but the next moment I feel like I am good for nothing, worthless. I don't know what's going on with me. I'm not able to concentrate in my studies. What should I do to overcome this I don't have so much time.

You are just anxious about your exams. To keep concentrated yourself in studies do some relaxation techniques, like deep breathing exercise. Meditation would also help you.
