I had a tumors-like on my breast. It was not before. Nd it's not bulging out. It's inside. Can be felt only on pressing. and there is no such pain on that tumour. But sometimes my nipples are paining. Also the size of my both breasts are different. I am 21 year old. Is it a serious problem? What should I do?

Hello, From your age and description. You seem to be having a fibroadenoma or fibroadenosis. It is very common at this age group. It needs investigation with scan and FNAC. Treatment is not a must and requires only if its large and bothering you. Consult a general surgeon.

Hello mam. Most probably what you are referring to is fibroadenoma which occurs in many female. Its a kind of developmental abnormality seen in the breasts. Most of the time it can be treated by conservative methods. But if more symptomatic then, its better get it removed surgically. The surgery will be a minor procedure under local injection, with small, hidden incision and without any future problems. Main concern of a patient is to rule out possibility of cancer, which is very rare in your age group. So I advice you to not to worry as of now. You should see a general surgeon for detailed clinical history and examination followed by an ultrasonography of both breasts and FNAC.
