Hi. My wght is 62. I want to reduce it. I can't control pn my diet. What should I do. To control my diet nd suggest what should I take in a day.

Make sure that you have at least 4 to 5 servings of fresh fruits and veggies daily. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Drink plenty of water.
