I have self harm scars on my hand and I want to remove them does it possible form laser treatment. I consult some of Dr. n they said marks can't remove completely. But some of say is it possible. What I do.

Hello. Definitely there are multiple ways by which any scar can be treated. If you are talking about the self harm scars, then as the area will be wide and that too over the hand, it's difficult to treat by excision, dermabrasion etc. But lasers and few other modalities combined have given the best output and long lasting results. It's just that you have to choose your skin specialist properly who will guide you about the exact kind of laser, intervals and number of sessions to go for. please don't engage in few of the non medical centers which offer laser treatment, as they'll leave you with the same scars but a lighter pocket.
