Hi, am weighing around 94 kgs started gym workout and my stamina gets exhausted within 1 hours even while cross trainer I feel my nerves in legs are getting cramped whereas am having vercose veins my left leg Can any one suggest what I do to perform a good workout at gym Even natural method to cure versions veins Should I increase my protein intake by taking whey protein.
