Hi Sir, I had a chicken pox at the age of 8 on my face. Some marks on my face are still existing. Can you give the solution to overcome this marks.

Hi, what i can get from your question is that you are having kind of deep scar marks of chicken pox. For the deep marks, that too of chronic origin is slightly difficult to relieve. You can still take Variolinum 200/ one dose daily for 2 weeks. After that revert me.

Apply cucumber n lemon juice every day in morning and evening and leave it for 20 minutes. rinse thoroughly...add fruits n green leafy vegetables in your diet....take 1 tsf triphala churna daily at night with water.
