I went through a bye pass heart surgery about 4.5 months back. And also have a little problem of epilepsy (faced problem after a span of about 3.5 months) taking medicines in both the cases as prescribed by doctors. Please advise to take the diet in case of cabg.

Lybrate-user your cardiologist would have adviced reg diet. 1.Avoid high calorie diet like fries, oil, non- veg, ghee, butter. 2.take plenty of fruits and vegetables rich in fibre. 3. Drink adequate water. 4.avoid coffee, tea ,cocoa.
