I am 45 year old women and I have observed that a lumps in by left breast.
So how I know what is this, or any problem in future?

If suspicious lump, they would do an fnac or core Biopsy of the same. There are many causes of breast lump. It could be a breast cyst, which is common in 40’s, which we would just aspirate if significant. Or it could be just the fibrocystic disease or fat necrosis, which is left alone if not causing pain. Rarely fibroadenomas may present with a lump, but the age group is usually younger (15-35). Sometimes phylloides tumor or Cancer can present with a lump.
