Which is the best way to take curd/nahi I.e. To add sugar or to add salt. Which is more effective for improving flora and fauna of gut. I have read adding sugar makes curd effect warm to body.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Curd itself is good. There is no need to add either salt or sugar. Salt in excess is bad as it adds sodium, and sugar is not good in excess or even in small quantities. Thanks.
