Hi mam. Already I'm diagnosed with hypothyroidism. But every month I never missed my cycle. I'm planning for a baby. But still we never had a success. Tsh level 2.75/ml T3--- 0.91/ml T5----- 11.67/ml Daily morning I'm taking 75 mg of thyronorm. Kindly advise me.

lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. Hypothyroidism if not well controlled does affect chances of getting pregnant. Based on your TSH levels, it seems to be fairly well controlled. For conception to occur, some times TSH needs to be maintained < 2 mU/L. So please increase the dosage by 12.5 mcg and check the TSH afeetr 6 weeks. That may help in getting conception. Plus yu will have to maintain it around 2 to 2.5 mU/L through the gestation period. If all other parameters are normal, then this should help. It is also necessary to get sperm count and quality checked once. Thanks.
