My nephew 17 years old weighing 70 kgs has been on zenoxa 300 and last week he had a very mild seizure for about 1 minute and doctor increased dose to 600. He said it is due to weight the strength has been increased. Is it the only reason.

Yes 300 mg is very low dose. So, dose has been increased. If still seizures recur then dose has to be increased further or another drug has to be added.
