Sir/Mam, in my diagnosis of spinal problem my Dr. Have written some phrase as "FVC of? Serronegative spondyloarthropathy" .Could you please explain me what does it mean is it clear in the mind of Dr. That I have this disease or does? This question mark mean something (please note I am HLA B27 POSITIVE.)

This problem of yours can be or may be Ankylosing Spondylitis which is an Orthopedic issue of spine or Sacroiliac joint affecting the cartilage or disc , compressing the spine which leads to pain and joint stiffness. Usually HLAB-27 is Positive in Ankylosing Spondylitis patients
