Colgate contain fluoride which is ok but it also contain triclosan n it causes mouth cancer. please dentists help me in getting right toothpaste.

Dear Lybrate user I am glad to read that people around us are so up to date regarding researches going on even at toot levels. Triclisan is used in toothpaste soap deodorant detergents and many household items alao as it is an antibacterial as well antifungal too. To prevent d bacteria. Triclisan may cause cancer but it is yet to be proved as studies hv been fne to animals only. Its banned in america except colgate total ehich has triclosan dat too in limited amount.
