My husband is 48 yrs. Old.in 2015 he suffered from tb .he took complete treatment course. In Dec 2015, he was operated for pericarditis. Now he is OK, regular eco, ecg& x-ray are normal. But he soon becomes tired even after daily routine works. How can he again be as energetic and strong as before. Second problem is that he is a tobacco chewers from last 22 years. How can he be deaddicted ?is there any medicine for deaddiction which can be given without telling him.

Even cognitive behavioral therapy also helps. Giving tablets is a passive method which won't sustain longer.
