I am just 20 years old and I am experiencing the sound of crack in my bone from spinal cord in every stretching 3 times a day and other joints ,it makes me feel like an old person what should I do. Though the sound of crack is also accompanied by pain in my lowest back (upper hip region ,the waist most probably) Please tell me the solution of it.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.
