I have asthma. For a week now, have wet cough, so self prescribed Viscodyne LS+, composition levosalbutamol, ambroxol hydrochloride and guaifenesin. I've been prescribed levosalbutamol inhaler and Budamate 400 respules for the asthma. Is it safe to take the expectorant?

Inhalers are must in the treatment of asthma. Do not stop them until suggested by a doctor. You can take expectorant along with inhalers.
