I feel a breast lump in lower side of breast & its also feel light pain before year I would do ultrasound through consult of my doctor but he said no problem is seen in ultrasound then recent it feels that lump size is increased what you suggest doctor please help me!

If you have felt a lump in the breast, it is better to show it to a Breast Surgeons a Surgical oncologist. They would take a detailed history and examine you and if need be, ask for a repeat ultrasound examination to see if they can find the lump now. Fibrocystic changes are very common and are common cause of breast pain especially cyclical. Some times some of the cysts may enlarge causing a lot of pain, which need to be aspirated. Also they need to rule out other causes of pain like ill fitting bra, trauma, abscess and sometimes fibroadenoma or rarely cancer.
