It could be a gynaecomastia, abscess, jogger’s nipple or a cancer. Better to see a breast surgeon, who would examine him and ask for a mammogram or an ultrasound with sos FNAC or core Biopsy of the same. Gynaecomastia could be due to a number of drugs or some times hormonal imbalance by testicular tumors or dysfunction. Male breast cancer forms about 1% of the breast cancers which we see.
