Hey. I am 33 years. I ve slim body type. But I want to increase my weight. Fr this I eat very much. But the problem is that it only increases fat on my abdomen not all other parts. But I want to gain over all body. But fat is increasing very fast on my abdomen only. Kindly help nd suggest.

Include various shakes and smoothies, dry fruits and nuts, ghee and other healthy fats, multigrain or whole wheat bread, cheese to your diet. Eat more potatoes, rice and bananas. You can also try peanut butter or other nut butters. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non-veg, eat it more often. If not then have paneer, chickpeas, dals and other beans and lentils.
