Hi sir, I am suffering from anxiety from last many years I take medicines for this but before 6 months I got married so far I took medicine rexipra20 mg but after marriage Dr. changed my medicine and he prescribed fluvoxin100 mg and now I take 2 tablets everyday but still I have sexual problem now I decided that I will not take medicine any more I will go for now compulsive behavioural therapy so sir please help me how I will quit this medicine.

You can ask your doctor to taper and stop the medications and go for cognitive behavioural therapy, which may be helpful but not as effective as medications in OCD. There are medications available which do not affect your sexual life, surprised the doctor has not prescribed them, consult another psychiatrist for the same. All the best.
