I am 42 years old male. I have lots of dizziness. I got my thyroid tested and TSH looks quite high. Could you suggest further actions?

If TSH is high then you could be suffering from hypothyroidism requiring further evalution/ investigations to know the cause of same. You may require to start medicines for the same. Dizziness some times is recorded by many other conditions like vertigo, spondylosis, ENT disorders, heart or BP problem. I would suggest you can go for complete routine Body check up and consult privately with results.
