I have been given Cilamet XL 50 medicine by the doctor however the druggist gave me cilamet xl 10/50 I haven't realised this difference when I asked the druggist he said it is tha same medicine. Am I using the wrong one kindly help me as my doctor is pretty much away from where I work.
