I am 64 years old. My FBS always remains high between 170 to 180. I take Gluconorm MG3 before dinner and Zomelis Met 50/500 after dinner. My PP remains within 105. My HBA1C is 7.1 I also have thyroid and chlorestrol for which I take thyronorm 50 and tonact 10. I walk 45 mins every day and eat a restricted diet with no sugar/ sweets or refined foods. Please advise how I can lower my FBS. Please advise how.
