My father is having diabetes from since around 25 years. He has been well so far by avoiding sugar in almost all things and regular walk at evening. One problem I am facing is fasting sugar in the mornings, it's 130-150. Pp stays between 180- 220. He takes medicine Morning- triglimiprex 2 Afternoon - galvus 50/500 Night - galvus 50/500+ triglimiprex 2.

He is diabetic for last 25 years. Pancreas capacity to secret insulin decreases with age and disease progression. We can add a long acting bed time insulin ti this regime in trial basis it will normalise sugar levels. Feel free to call me Regards.
