I have problem of heat n dehydration. I am 25 years old. 5'7" 65 kg. And I sweat a lot it makes uncomfortable specially in public places. specially while eating hot meal. Also after coming from outside. What should be the reason? And also my digestive system is not so good.

Hi you are 25 yrs old, young, energetic and either studying or working. Your weight is also fine. Your complaint is excessive sweating for which the most common reason is hot weather. So for that you just have to keep yourself hydrated with lots of water every half an hour & chilled lime juice or orange juice or chaas or lassi at least twice a day. Another reason for having an excessive heat feeling inside body is eating food that is not suitable for your body. Excessive spicy food, veg or non-vegetarian can disturb your digestive mechanism. You must therefore eat food which has high water content and less spicy! for e. G, in the morning you can have chilled milk or lime juice or orange juice or watermelon juice with a fruit plate. For lunch you can have simple food like dal, rice, curd, 2 rotis without ghee and any 1 vegetable with less oil and less spicy. For dinner too, you can have tomato soup, 2 rotis without ghee and any 1 vegetable. In between, keep on drinking water or lime juice or orange juice or watermelon juice or chaas or lassi whatever you like. Relax at least for 15 mins daily with closed eyes in between your work or study! if possible apply little almond oil with your finger tips around your eyes during those 15 mins and slightly massage over the area around the eyes. You will feel much better after doing these lifestyle changes.
