Sir, I feel extreme weakness after a good bowel movement. I feel like there is no energy left in me and feel sleepy. Its happening from quite a while. But it happens in 2-3 days, rest of the days I do not have good bowel movement, its mostly watery but once a day only. I am taking udiliv 300 and vitamin E for fatty liver (grade 2) and gastritis (bruises in stomach). Earlier I was taking normaxin, rifagut, eubioz (pro n probiotic) also. Please suggest what should be done?
