Hi, Mammography and biopsy revealed Benign Fibroadenoma of some 4.5 cm in size in the left breast in a teenage girl, having irregular monthly menses, Can it be completely eradicated without having to go for allopathic surgery?

4.5 cm is quite a large size to get resolved with medication. But as the biopsy has confirmed the lump to be a Fibroadenoma only, it can be left as it is with regular follow up for any change in size and shape. Also medicine and hormone therapy can be initiated. But still I feel, surgical removal is the option for this huge sized tumour and relief of anxiety.
