I am 30 years female, I am allergic to dust. I am taking Spiromant FB tablets when asthma get worst. Year back, I used to take Airtec Fb 200 inhaler, when I was 90 kg. I work out hard and I lost 30 kg. But after marriage, within one year again My weight increases. My current weight is 76 and I am 5 feet 7 inches tall. My asthma sometime get worst but I prefer to take spiromant but not inhaler. Is there any substitute for inhaler because its hard to get in Rajasthan? Any exercises or remedy for asthma cure?
