Your TSH is increased because now thyroid gland is producing less thyroid hormone and to stimulate that pituitary gland is trying to send more signals to thyroid which is not able to proce more hormone. This is normal phenomenon in hypothyroid. In this situation you need to increase your thyroid supplement dose in consultation with your doctor. Do not worry, it will be alright.
