I am non vegetarian, 76 kgs weight, male, 49 years, with sedentary life style, south indian known diabetic for past 5 years suggest suitable diet plan to me. Thanks.

Needs some changes in lifestyle. You have to be physically active and do some regular exercise. Maintain ideal weight according to height. Use more vegetables and salad. Take small frequent meals instead of large ones. Take care of other associated problems like hypertension, high cholesterol. Stick to diabetic diet to minimize use of medicines to control blood sugar.
