I am 55 years lady and I am 88 kg. I am fat from young age. I am active. I am not diabetic. I am a veg. I eat normal .little rice lunch with dal subji and dahi. 2 roti in dinner with sabji. Breakfast oats or 2 roti sabzi. I do exercise for 15 minutes. What else, Why my weight is not reduce.

Hi mam 1 Obesity maybe hereditary in your case if your mother / father is obese. 2 Take small meals every 2 hours. 3 Exercise regularly for 1 hr each day.
