I have stomach upset or something, everything I eat I feel like vomiting after eating it and I goes repetitive urination every 10/15 mins and my Urine is yellowish in colour as well. And I cannot regain strength by eating food I always lye down on the bed due to weak body because of the mentioned detail. What medication do I need to use?
