I am a woman of 52 years diabetic patient. For the last 4 months, in urine test the pus cells range between 40-60 with three weeks antibiotic treatment, it came down to 10-20 pus cells. After a break from antibiotic for a months, the reading is again 40-60 pus cells with 20 ml protien. Though I hv never felt etching or frequent urination problem and no abdominal pain. Urine culture test has shown nil report. Now the doctor has prescribed test for tuberculosis. Please advice right course of action.
