I am 19 years old female and I have three lumps in my right breast, that found to be an fibroadenoma and another one lump Is found after one year. At first I was used homeopathic medicine ,I didn't found any change and now I am using Ayurveda medicine and found only a little change and I feel doubtful there is another lump on my left breast. What should I do to dissolve lumps totally? Can I take green tea?

Fibroadenomas usually resolve with time. Many regress and most would have disappeared by menopause. Surgical removal can be done if symptomatic or growing in size. Some have found Ormeloxifen useful to regress the Fibroadenoma. I prefer to examine patient clinically and if clinical diagnosis is fibroadenoma then advise imaging with ultrasound to confirm that it is a simple fibroadenoma. Biopsy is done if complex fibroadenoma, large fibroadenoma growing in size or if phylloides is suspected. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.
