Variety is key to not only weight loss but good health. Keep having lot of different grains (oats / daliya / poha/chapatti etc) with some protein source (egg / paneer / milk/ seeds / nuts) and some fruit (apple/ berries / banana/ pomegranate/papaya etc) during breakfast. Muelsi is also fine but everyday would be quite monotonous. If your goal is to lose weight take care of portions of all these things and minimize fat intake.
