My husband has skin issues since one year approx. No treatment is working on it. Ti?l he takes the medicines it starts drying but afterwards it becomes worse than before. He scratches on it all the time as skin becomes itchy. Skin becomes dry on its outer layer and then cracks. It seems bloody also. Please give me a solution. Side of his left palm is also infectious with it.

It may be a fungal infection. Fungal infections of skin may be tinea, candidal and many more. Most common infection is tinea also called as ring worm. This needs treatment with oral and topical antifungals. Period of treatment varies from patient to patient depending on the type of response. It may be weeks or months. Expecting cure in few days and running from one doctor to another will cause you more harm than good. Be patient and stick to one doctor. Make sure you are consulting a qualified dermatologist.
