How to use Iflomax Gel by Ajanta Pharma? Is it supposed to be applied inside eyelid margin? Is it the same as VitaPos ointment ? I have Dry Eyes. Also, Is every Drops preservative-free?

Not all eye drops are preservative free (BAK). And there is no harm in using preservative drops for shorter duration. Only in cases of longer duration medication, these preservatives will be toxic to the eye. And yes. You need to apply the medicine inside the eye at lid margin (fornix).
