I am a 45 year old female with normal weight. I run ten kilometres thrice a week on the treadmill. The other three days I do weight training in the gym. Will running on the treadmill for three days damage my knees? My head trainer in the gym doesn't encourage ladies running as he thinks it can damage the knees.
