From left chest in heart region like vibration feel arising occasionally. I consult a physician and taken ECG he told its normal. And he suggested homeopathic store (aswaganda) capsule and Lonazep MD 0.5 tablets for 20 days. Nearly 5 days over after treatment still same problem continues. I could feel like vibration often. What will be the reason? Please give advice.

Vibration due the problem with the parkinjee fibres, you will have to continue with your medications, and get an Echo cardiography done to rule out any cardiac abnormalities.
