My name nivesh Kumar I am suffering from depression mood disorder and feeling less .and headache .kabhi ekdum se zayda .and dhimi dhimi to hoti ha 24 hours jesa sar PR bhar ha thoda sa .my habits I smoke weed and ganja and alcohol also .this thing happen to me I am sitting in bed and suddenly saans sa chad gya jese maine socha vesa ho gaya .us se phele maine ganja pi rakha tha 5 years ho gye Pitte huwe but us din achanak se pata ni kese .ganja piya tha betha tha Pata ni achanak se saans chad gya Bethe Bethe sar bhari ho gya or feeling ni rahi kuch body me syco sa ho gaya kuch .what happen to me I don't knoe.

Wake up early and go for walking or jogging,,do some yoga,,start doing meditation,,listen soft music,spend time with ur dear one,,go for a vacation,,,dance like an insane,,think positively,,with this u need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure ur problem
