Im 24f. I have hormonal imbalance due to which I have irregular periods and acne. I am using isotretinoin for acne and becovit-z for acne and apcod sachet for regulating hormones. Is it ok to take 1 mg folic acid in apcod sachet everyday as prescribed by my gyn. And lso additional 200 mcg in becovit. Is it fine? And does affect sachet help my hormonal imbalance. I am not fat. Is apcod better or apcod obis better? thank you.

You r on right track. For lean patients apcod is better than apcod obis.

I will advise you to continue with apcod obis. But if you unsatisfied you can continue using FERTIKARE chewable tablets (strawberry) which had folic acid also with goodness of apcod obis.
